netH₂O B770 — Smart Water-Quality Buoy (base platform)

The netH₂O B770 is a modular, cloud-connected water-quality monitoring buoy. The base platform delivers the buoy, power, connectivity and the data pipeline; you add up to four water-quality sensors as application packs (sold separately) and expand at any time.

The base platform includes:

• 4G/LTE connectivity — scheduled automatic upload plus event-triggered transmission.
• GPS positioning and geofencing.
• Automatic upload to the cloud; data downloadable from the servers through a web app.
• LiFePO4 battery, 60 Ah / 768 Wh (12.8 V) — autonomy up to 12 months on a single charge, depending on the sampling and transmission frequency.
• Temperature sensor and IMU (waves and currents estimation); acquisition frequency configurable remotely.
• Submersible; moored to the seabed or fixed to an existing floating structure (e.g. a fish-cage ring).
• Pre-arranged to host up to 4 sensors on a shared RS-485 / Modbus chain — start with one pack and add more later at the cost of the pack only (no extra integration cost).

Application packs (sold separately): Dissolved Oxygen, Conductivity / Salinity, Chlorophyll-a, Turbidity.
