AIM4WAVES

High-definition wave forecasting for the North Adriatic

AIM4WAVES delivers AI-powered wave predictions for the North Adriatic Sea — developed by Elements Works through PNRR NextGenerationEU funding with Politecnico di Bari, for maritime operations, research and coastal management. Live on the Sensorica Data Platform.

Advanced wave-modeling technology

AIM4WAVES combines advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations with real-world oceanographic observations from the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service, for high-resolution wave predictions optimised for North Adriatic conditions.

Developed through a research initiative funded by Italy's PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) under NextGenerationEU, it brings together Elements Works' operational-AI expertise and Politecnico di Bari's computational modeling.
